सचेत रहौ, सतर्क रहौ  कोरोना भाइरस रोग (कोभिड १९) के हो ? कोभिड–१९ गत साल पत्ता लागेको कोरोना भाइरसले उत्पन्न गराउने संक्रामक रोग हो र यस पटकको भाइरसको प्रजाती पहिलाको भन्दा धेरै संक्रामक छ । एउटा स्वस्थ मानिसमा संक्रमित व्यक्तिबाट कोरोना भाइरस सर्न सक्दछ । भाइरस संक्रमित व्यक्तिले खोक्दा र हाच्छ्यँु गर्दा मुख र नाकबाट निस्कने छिटा सँगै बाहिर निस्कन्छन् र हावा तथा अन्य माध्यमबाट अर्को ब्यक्तिले शरीरमा प्रवेश गर्दछ । साथै पछिल्ला प्रमाणहरु अनुसार यो भाइरसको लक्षण नदेखीएका तर संक्रमित व्यक्तिबाट अन्य व्यक्तिमा पनि सर्न सक्दछ । अहिलेको कोभिड १९ र यसको लक्षणहरुको बारेमा जानकारी : नयाँ प्रजातिको कोरोना भाइरसको यस पटकको महामारी गत सालको भन्दा जोखिमपुर्ण हुनुको साथै थप लक्षणहरु पनि देखिनसक्छ ।  ज्वरो आउने, खोकी लाग्ने, शरीर दुख्ने, स्वाद वा गन्ध हराउने, पखाला वा बान्ता हुने, एकदम थकान हुने, निन्द्रा लागिरहने, छालामा बिमिरा आउने, आँखा रातो हुने तथा हात तथा खुट्टाको रंग परिवर्तन हुने जस्ता अहिलेका लक्षणहरु हुन् । यि मध्ये कुनै पनि लक्षण मिलेमा तुरुन्तै पिसिआर टेष्ट (PCR Test) गरिहाल्नु पर्दछ । य

Nepal Earthquake Relief package Distribution, 2015 -at Devghat, Tanahu, Nepal                               HDO Nepal in coordination with Devghat VDC, Tanahu and SAHAS Nepal,  distributes Rice of 30 kg, Pulse 3 kg, Soap 3 piece, cooking oil 2 liters, iodine salt 2 kg, puffing rice 1 kg per household of earthquake victim area in the presence of VDC sectetory, HDO Nepal president, Party chairpersons or representatives, Ward level civil desk coordinator and others. 20 pieces of tarp also distributed for only fully damaged household. About 65 Household have been benefited from this distribution.
